Hello Shafter CSC,

In preparation for the upcoming year, we are sending two separate calendar appointments for our agenda-setting meetings for this month and next month. Our regularly scheduled agenda-setting meetings are usually the Mondays following the regular CSC meetings, but for January and February 2022, the agenda-setting meetings fall on holidays. Therefore, the agenda-setting meetings are being moved to the next day, Tuesday, January 18 and February 22, at the regularly scheduled time, 3-4 p.m.

Please accept the calendar appointments for the January 18 and February 22 meetings.

To help you plan ahead, here are the upcoming meeting dates for the next two months.

En preparación para el próximo año, estamos enviando dos citas de calendario  para las reuniones de planificación de la agenda para este y el próximo mes. Nuestras reuniones de planificación de la agenda regularmente programadas son generalmente los lunes después de las reuniones regulares del Comité, pero para enero y febrero de 2022, las reuniones de planificación de la agenda caen en días festivos. Por eso, las reuniones de planificación de la agenda se cambiarán al día siguiente, martes 18 de enero y 22 de febrero, a la hora programada regularmente, de 3 a 4 p.m.

Por favor acepte las citas de calendario para las reuniones de enero 18 y febrero 22.
