Hello Shafter CSC!

During our November 28^th Vegetative Barriers Subcommittee Meeting, we reviewed and solicited feedback on the Vegetative Barriers Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit an entity/organization to administer the Vegetative Barriers Program in Shafter to plant trees and vegetation to block pollution from sources of concern.

Based on the charter, we want to inform and get support from the broader CSC before releasing the RFP. To ensure a complete and transparent process, we would like to share the attached draft RFP with the CSC for any additional feedback and a brief poll to get approval to release the RFP.

Durante nuestra reunión del Subcomité de Barreras Vegetativas del 28 de noviembre, revisamos y solicitamos comentarios sobre la Solicitud de Propuesta (RFP) de Barreras Vegetativas. El propósito de esta RFP es solicitar a una entidad/organización que administre el Programa de Barreras Vegetativas en Shafter para plantar árboles y vegetación para bloquear la contaminación de las fuentes de preocupación.

Basado en la Carta Estatutaria, queremos informar y obtener el apoyo del Comité completo antes de publicar la RFP. Para garantizar un proceso completo y transparente, nos gustaría compartir el borrador de la RFP cual esta adjunto con el Comité para obtener comentarios adicionales y una breve encuesta para obtener la aprobación para publicar la RFP.
