California Air Resources Board (CARB)
- CARB has released a draft Roadmap to Reduce Air Toxics, which is a strategy to guide the state's efforts to reduce the impacts of air toxics on communities across California over the next 20 years. - The Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning Series is a space where community members, air districts, CARB, industry and other partners can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. - The Consultation Group advises CARB on the implementation of AB 617, and the Community Air Protection Program (CAP Program). Upcoming public Study Sessions

- CARB Research Division presentations on public health
- September 4, The Research Screening Committee will consider final reports on brain health outcomes research project and cancer valuation research project. Agenda and materials to be posted soon. Research Screening Committee | California Air Resources Board
- The MyFirstEV Program offers a $3,500 instant rebate to first-time buyers of new zero-emission vehicles, and up to $1,750 for used ones. You can check out the press release on CARB’s website for more info.
- The Environmental Justice Committee provides advice to the CARB Board about the California Global Warming Solutions Act, also called Assembly Bill 32. The Environmental Justice Committee met 8/31/2026 and discussed SB 905 on Carbon Capture, Removal, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) efforts and next steps.
