Hello Fresno CSC,

Thank you for all of the great discussion and feedback during last night’s CSC meeting. As a reminder, the Truck Reroute Subcommittee met in December to discuss the Truck Reroute Study Scope of Work, provided by the City of Fresno and IBI Group. This Scope of Work is a high-level description of the project necessary for contract approval and to begin the study; however the City of Fresno and IBI Group plan to provide additional refinement and detail as the project moves forward. While the Truck Reroute Subcommittee recommended approval of the Scope of Work during the December subcommittee meeting, the City of Fresno is looking for full CSC support before they bring the item to the City Council. If there are no objections from the CSC, the item would go before the City Council at the next upcoming meeting.

Following up on last night’s CSC meeting, please find the Scope of Work linked here and attached, for the CSC’s review.

Please review the attached Scope of Work and let Harder + Company know by January 19 if you have any concerns or feedback on the document prior to the City of Fresno taking the contract to the City Council.

Gracias por la gran discusión y comentarios durante la reuniones de ayer del Comité Directivo. Como un recordatorio, el Subcomité de Desviación de Camiones se reunió en diciembre para hablar sobre el Alcance del Trabajo del Estudio de Desviación de Camiones, proveído por la ciudad de Fresno y el Grupo IBI. El Alcance de Trabajo es una descripción del panorama amplio del proyecto necesario para la aprobación del contracto y para iniciar el estudio; sin embargo la Ciudad de Fresno y el Grupo IBI planea proveer refinamiento adicional y detalles como el proyecto vaya avanzando. Mientras el Subcomité de Desviación de Camiones recomendó la aprobación del Alcance del Trabajo durante la reunión de subcomité de diciembre, la Ciudad de Fresno está buscando el entero apoyo del Comité Directivo antes de que ellos lleven el articulo al Consejo Municipal. Si no hay objeciones por parte del Comité Directivo, el tema se presentaría ante el Concejo Municipal en la próxima reunión.

Siguiendo con la reunión de anoche del Comité Directivo, le enviamos el Alcance de Trabajo vinculado aquí y adjunto, para la revisión del Comité Directivo.

Por favor revise el Alcance de Trabajo ajunto y deje le saber a Harder + Company más tardar el 19 de enero si usted tiene alguna preocupación o comentario sobre el documento antes de que la Ciudad de Fresno lleve el contrato al Concejo Municipal.
