Hello Arvin/Lamont CSC,

We are excited to share that our final CSC meeting of the year will be in-person on December 6^th at Bear Mountain Recreation Center in Lamont.

We plan to spend most of the meeting allowing CSC members to talk with various agency staff around the room, so there will NOT be an option to attend via Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the Arvin/Lamont AB 617 website following the meeting, and public members are welcome to attend in-person. This meeting will combine both November and December CSC meetings. As described in the table below, we will have two interactive mapping exercises and a world café-style where anyone can make comments or ask questions at any time, as suggested and designed by your community co-leads.

To prepare for the meeting, please review the CERP measures listed in the table below and be prepared to help us answer the following two questions for our mapping exercises:

1. Where would you most like to see road paving, sidewalk, or bike lane improvements in your community?
2. Where would you most like to see trees planted to block pollution and improve public health in your community?

Masks will be required for people who are not fully vaccinated, and recommended for those who are.

There is no other in-person meeting scheduled at this time, so we will continue to meet via Zoom starting again in January 2023 and beyond.

Estamos emocionados de compartir que nuestra reunión final del Comité Directivo para este año será en persona el 6 de diciembre en el Centro de Recreación Bear Mountain en Lamont.

Planeamos pasar la mayor parte de la reunión permitiendo que los miembros de Comité hablen con varios miembros del personal de las agencias, por lo que NO habrá una opción para asistir a través de Zoom. Se requerirán mascarillas para las personas que no estén completamente vacunadas, y se recomendarán para las que sí lo estén.

No hay otra reunión en persona programada en este momento, por lo que continuaremos reuniéndonos a través de Zoom a partir de enero de 2023 y adelante.
