NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP

2023 PLAN FOR THE 2012 ANNUAL PM2.5 STANDARD

The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) invite you to attend a public workshop to present, discuss, and receive feedback on the development of the 2023 PM2.5 Plan for the federal 2012 annual PM2.5 standard.  This workshop will provide more details on the control measure analysis and the PM2.5 precursor modeling analysis that are required for this attainment plan.

The public meeting will be held in person at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the District’s Fresno office located at 1990 E. Gettysburg Ave, Fresno, CA 93726, and via video teleconference at the District’s Bakersfield office (34946 Flyover Court, Bakersfield, CA 93308) and Modesto office (4800 Enterprise Way, Modesto, CA 95356).  Additionally, follow the instructions below to join the meeting via Zoom if you are not attending in person at a District office.

PLAN 2023 PARA EL ESTÁNDAR ANUAL PM2.5 DE 2012

El Distrito de Control de la Contaminación del Aire del Valle de San Joaquín (Distrito) y la Junta de Recursos del Aire de California (CARB, por sus siglas en inglés) lo invitan a asistir a un taller público para presentar, hablar y recibir comentarios sobre el desarrollo del Plan PM2.5 2023 por el estándar federal anual PM2.5 de 2012. Este taller proporcionará más detalles sobre el análisis de medidas de control y el análisis de modelado de precursores de PM2.5 que se requieren para este plan de cumplimiento.
