NOTICE OF PUBLIC INSPECTION PERIOD FOR SUBMITTED REFINERY FENCE-LINE AIR MONITORING PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District solicits public comment on the proposed refinery fence-line air monitoring plan for Kern Energy at 7724 E Panama Lane, Bakersfield, California.
