Hi Arvin/Lamont CSC,

As announced previously, the next regular CSC meeting on April 27^th will be in-person at the Arvin Veteran’s Hall.

The Veteran’s Hall does not have Wi-Fi internet access, and we plan to spend most of the meeting in a breakout exercise, so there will NOT be an option to attend via Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the Arvin/Lamont AB 617 website following the meeting, and public members are welcome to attend in-person.

Here are the details for the in-person meeting:

414 Fourth Ave.

• Check-in will begin at 4:30 p.m.
• Free dinner will be provided
• Activity tables for children will be available
• Spanish/English translation will be available

Masks will be required for people who are not fully vaccinated, and recommended for those who are.

There is no other in-person meeting scheduled at this time, so Zoom will continue to be our meeting format for the meetings in May and beyond.

Como se anunció anteriormente, la próxima reunión regular del Comité será en persona el 27 de abril en el Salón de Veteranos de Arvin.

El Salón de Veteranos no tiene acceso a Internet Wi-Fi, y planeamos pasar la mayor parte de la reunión en un ejercicio de grupo, por lo que NO habrá opción para participar a través de Zoom. La reunión se grabará y se agregará en el sitio web de Arvin/Lamont AB 617 después de la reunión, y los miembros del público son bienvenidos a asistir en persona.
