Hello Arvin/Lamont CSC,

We are excited to share that our final CSC meeting of the year will be in-person on December 6^th at Bear Mountain Recreation Center in Lamont.

We plan to spend most of the meeting allowing CSC members to talk with various agency staff around the room, so there will NOT be an option to attend via Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the Arvin/Lamont AB 617 website following the meeting, and public members are welcome to attend in-person. This meeting will combine both November and December CSC meetings.

Time & location:

• Tuesday, December 6^th
• Dinner and open Q&A starts at 4:30 pm
• Meeting from 5-7 pm
• David Head Building, Bear Mountain Recreation Center, 10300 San Diego St, Lamont, CA 93241

Meeting details:

• Check-in will begin at 4:15 pm
• Free dinner will be provided
• Activity tables for children will be available
• Spanish/English interpretation will be available

Masks will be required for people who are not fully vaccinated, and recommended for those who are.

There is no other in-person meeting scheduled at this time, so we will continue to meet via Zoom starting again in January 2023 and beyond.

Estamos emocionados de compartir que nuestra reunión final del Comité Directivo para este año será en persona el 6 de diciembre en el Centro de Recreación Bear Mountain en Lamont.

Planeamos pasar la mayor parte de la reunión permitiendo que los miembros de Comité hablen con varios miembros del personal de la agencia, por lo que NO habrá una opción para asistir a través de Zoom.
