Hello Arvin/Lamont CSC,

Thank you to all who attended the in-person CSC meeting on December 6, 2022. As discussed during the meeting, monthly agenda-setting meetings for the Arvin/Lamont CSC will start in January 2023. These meetings will occur 4-5 p.m. every  1^st Thursday of the month via Zoom. The purpose of the agenda-setting meetings are for CSC members to share feedback on the previous CSC meeting and suggest agenda topics for the following meeting.

The first meeting will take place on Thursday, January 5^th from 4-5 p.m. A reoccurring calendar invite will be sent out shortly. Spanish interpretation will be available in all of the agenda-setting meetings. This is an optional meeting and not mandatory. Agenda Setting Meetings do not qualify for the stipend program.

A six-month schedule is below:

*Accommodation: Language interpretation services will be provided in Spanish at all meetings, and as needed in other languages with a minimum 48-hour advance request.

Gracias a todos los que asistieron a la reunión del Comité en persona el 6 de diciembre de 2022. Como se conversó durante la reunión, las reuniones mensuales de planificación de agenda de Arvin/Lamont comenzarán en enero de 2023. Estas reuniones se llevarán a cabo de 4 pm a 5 pm cada primer jueves del mes a través de Zoom. El propósito de las reuniones de planificación de agenda es para que los miembros del Comité compartan comentarios sobre la reunión anterior del Comité y sugieran temas para la agenda de la siguiente reunión.

La primera reunión será el jueves 5 de enero de 4 a 5 pm. Se enviará una invitación de calendario recurrente en seguida. Habrá interpretación en Español disponible en todas las reuniones de planificación de agenda. Esta es una reunión opcional y no obligatoria. Las reuniones de planificación de agenda no califican para el programa de estipendio.

A continuación se encuentra el cronograma de seis meses:
