Sharing the following note from CARB:
Hello Stockton CSC,
The Stockton-Hazelton air monitoring station located at the San Joaquin County Public Health Services property (1601 E. Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205) is now offline. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) had received a short extension to remain at the property until the beginning of November as opposed to mid-August due to construction delays.
During this time, CARB staff worked to prepare and install a trailer, power, and equipment at University Park (corner of Park St and N. Aurora St, Stockton, CA 95202) to minimize the data gap. Most equipment has been installed and has begun to collect data. Remaining air monitoring equipment will continue to be installed later this week.
We will continue to inform the community when any new pertinent information or developments become available regarding the site relocation. Thank you for your continued support and interest in CARB’s air monitoring station relocation efforts. If you have any questions, please contact Skott Wall via email at skott.wall@arb.ca.gov or by phone at (279) 842-9311.
