Hello Stockton CSC,

Thanks to all who made our March CSC Meeting! Please see below for standing updates and we’ll see you Wednesday, April 2nd for our next in-person CSC meeting.

District 

  • April In-Person CSC Meeting

We’re excited to share that our next meeting will be in person, 5-7 p.m., on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Stribley Community Center, 1760 E Sonora St, Stockton, CA 95205. Please plan to come at 4:30 for dinner and check-in. ASL interpretation will be available during the meeting. There will be no Zoom option for this meeting.

  • Outreach Subcommittee Meeting (2/28) Updates
    • Clean Air Rooms Outreach
      • Direct Mailer – District to issue out a direct mailer to about 20K residents in the boundary. District is finalizing new design for the mailer that features pictures from an actual air purifier distribution event.
      • Social Media Pages – District is going to continue advertising the program on social media pages as well as new social media groups to help promote the program.
      • District connected with San Joaquin County Human Services Agency to help issue out our flyer, coordinating to partner for upcoming outreach events.
      • [CSC ASK] Do you have a contact within a church we could connect with? If you attend church, can we send you 100 flyers to share?
    • Upcoming Outreach Events Support
      • District is attending 2 upcoming events: Stockton Unified Earth Day (4/12 12-5 pm) & City of Stockton Earth Day (4/27 10-4 pm)
        • [CSC ASK] We invite you to join us at our next outreach event (listed above) to engage with the community and support our shared mission – We will create a sign-up timeslot sheet and invite the CSC to join us at one of the events to assist in registering residents for the Clean Air Rooms Program. Having a local resident or business partner present may encourage more people to sign up.

  • CERP Tracker

The Community Emissions Reduction Program (CERP) tracker is updated monthly to share updates and most current status of CERP measures. The latest updates can be found in green text.
