Hello Stockton!

During the October 2021 Stockton Community Steering Committee meeting, CARB Enforcement staff Eric Bissinger provided a brief presentation that was followed by several questions regarding the Portable Emission AcQuisition System (PEAQS). Attached please find a two-page document with a bit more background on CARB enforcement and PEAQS, a link to a PEAQS demonstration video, and responses to committee questions.
