The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requires decision-makers to listen to community input and take your concerns into account when making decisions that could adversely impact the environment. Community members advocating in greater numbers can directly influence positive outcomes. If you have wanted to get involved but weren’t sure how, this meeting series will start you on your empowered journey.
California Air Resources Board is pleased to partner with Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger LLP to host a 3-part series of online workshops to help build understanding of CEQA. At the request of residents and community advocates, this will focus on the greater Stockton area.
If you just want to learn the basics of CEQA, feel free to attend Workshop #1 only. Workshop #1 will cover the foundations of CEQA, so please attend #1 if you also plan to attend Workshops #2 and #3.

WORKSHOP #1 – Monday, October 3, 2022, 5pm-7pm
WORKSHOP #2 – Monday, October 24, 2022, 5pm-7pm
