Our next Fresno AB 617 meeting is Wednesday, September 21, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Here is the agenda.

In preparation for September’s meeting and discussion on the Truck Reroute Study, the City of Fresno has provided the below request to the CSC for the development of the “stakeholder list”.

The AB617 Truck Reroute Study Project is currently working on the Stakeholder Analysis that will serve essential for the Stakeholder & Public Engagement Plan. The City of Fresno and consultant, IBI Group and Katherine Padilla & Associates, request input from the AB 617 Community Steering Committee (CSC) and the Truck Study Subcommittee on who should be considered as key stakeholders for the Stakeholder Analysis. This is a great opportunity to hear from the CSC and Subcommittee on all the various community-based organizations, neighborhood representatives, businesses, key trucking company representatives, and other stakeholders with valuable community input and can provide feedback. These lists will also serve essential to put together the Technical Steering Group (TSG) and the Community Advisory Group (CAG) who will offer input to the project team about methodology, assumptions, project milestones, guiding principles, evaluative criteria for mitigation strategies, outreach strategies, and draft recommendations. The TSG will be comprised of local agencies that will provide technical support. The CAG will include community groups and community champions who can best represent the community’s needs.  Please email your lists to AB617TruckRerouteStudy@fresno.gov by September 21, 2022.

En preparación para la reunión de septiembre y la conversación sobre el Estudio de Desviación de Camiones, la Ciudad de Fresno ha proporcionado la siguiente solicitud al Comité para el desarrollo de la "lista de partes interesadas.

El Proyecto del Estudio de Desviación de Camiones AB617 está trabajando actualmente en el Análisis de las Partes Interesadas que será esencial para el Plan de Participación Pública y de las Partes Interesadas. Esta es una gran oportunidad para escuchar del Comité y el Subcomité sobre todas las diversas organizaciones comunitarias, representantes de vecindarios, negocios, representantes clave de compañías de camiones y otras partes interesadas con aportes valiosos de la comunidad y que pueden brindar comentarios. Estas listas también serán esenciales para crear el Grupo Directivo Técnico (TSG, por sus siglas en inglés) y el Grupo Asesor Comunitario (CAG, por sus siglas en inglés) que ofrecerán información al equipo del proyecto sobre metodología, suposiciones, hitos del proyecto, principios directivos, criterios de evaluación para estrategias de mitigación, estrategias de alcance y borradores de recomendaciones. El TSG estará compuesto por agencias locales que brindarán apoyo técnico. El CAG incluirá grupos y campeones comunitarios que puedan representar mejor las necesidades de la comunidad.
