Fresno AB 617: Agenda-Setting Meetings for Jul-Nov 2022
Hello Fresno CSC,
In preparation for the remaining agenda-setting meetings this year, we are sending a new recurring calendar appointment for the agenda-setting meetings for the next five months (July-November). Please accept the calendar appointment so you have the series of meetings on your calendar.
MEETING DATES
To help you plan ahead, here are the upcoming meeting dates for the next five months:
Time: 4:30-5:30 pm
Every month on the Third Wednesday
- July 20, 2022
- 17, 2022
- 22, 2022 (rescheduled from 3rd Wednesday, due to TCC meeting)
- 19, 2022
- 16, 2022
- December meeting will be rescheduled from 3rd Wednesday, due to TCC meeting. District will send Doodle Poll to CSC to select date.
The agenda-setting meetings will follow this general agenda format:
- Anything to add?
- Review action items + Public Comments
- Unfinished items from last meeting
- General feedback (i.e. things that are working well, things that are not working well, suggestions to improve processes, etc.)
- New Topics to include
- Updates from subcommittees, air district, CARB, city officials, events, etc.

En preparación para las restantes reuniones de establecimiento de agenda de este año, estamos enviando una nueva cita recurrente de calendario para las reuniones de establecimiento de agenda para los próximos cinco meses (julio- noviembre). - Revisar artículos de acción + Comentarios Públicos
- Artículos pendientes de la última reunión
- Comentarios generales (por ejemplo, cosas que funcionan bien, cosas que no funcionan bien, sugerencias para mejorar procesos, etc.)
- Nuevos temas a incluir
- Actualizaciones de los subcomités, Distrito del Aire, CARB, funcionarios de la ciudad, eventos, etc.
