Please find the attached draft agenda for the next Shafter CSC meeting on March 2. Additional feedback on the draft agenda and suggestions on topics, timing and structure are always welcome. The final agenda, which will be sent out one week before the next CSC meeting, and other meeting materials will be available on the Shafter Steering Committee Meetings webpage
Co-Host Needed
We’re also looking for a co-host for the next CSC meeting. If you’re nervous, don’t be! We’ll prep you for your co-hosting role. If you would like to volunteer or have questions about being a co-host, please reply to this email as soon as possible.
We’re so excited to see everyone in person for March’s CSC meeting! To help you plan for this meeting, please see details below. We will continue to share information as the meeting approaches. No Zoom will be available during this meeting.

- Dinner & check-in start at 4:30 pm, meeting is from 5:00-7:00 pm
- Shafter Ford Theater, 1101 E. Lerdo Hwy, Shafter, CA 93263
Meeting Details:
- Free dinner will be provided
- Activity tables for children will be available
- Simultaneous English/Spanish interpretation will be available during the meeting
