NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
RULE 4352 (Solid Fuel-Fired Boilers, Steam Generators, and Process Heaters)
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) invites you to attend a public workshop meeting to present, discuss, and receive feedback on potential amendments to District Rule 4352 (Solid Fuel-Fired Boilers, Steam Generators, and Process Heaters) per commitments in the 2018 Plan for the 1997, 2006, and 2012 PM2.5 Standards.
Given the international COVID-19 pandemic, and consistent with the California Department of Public Health’s recommendations and Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, the meeting will be held via video teleconference at 1:30 PM on Thursday, November 4, 2021, with NO PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR PUBLIC ATTENDANCE. REGLA 4352 (CALDERAS DE COMBUSTIBLE SÓLIDO, CALDERAS DE VAPOR Y CALENTADORES DE PROCESO)
El Distrito de Control de la Contaminación del Aire del Valle de San Joaquín (Distrito) lo invita a asistir a un taller público para presentar, discutir y recibir comentarios sobre posibles enmiendas a la Regla 4352 (Calderas de combustible sólido, calderas de vapor y calentadores de proceso) según los compromisos del Plan de PM2.5 de 2018 para los estándares de 1997, 2006 y 2012.
Dada la pandemia internacional de COVID-19, y de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del Departamento de Salud Pública de California y la Orden Ejecutiva N-29-20 del Gobernador Newsom, la reunión se llevará a cabo por videoconferencia a las 1:30 PM del jueves 4 de noviembre de 2021, SIN UBICACIÓN FÍSICA PARA ASISTENCIA PÚBLICA.
