Notice of Public Workshop - 2022 Plan for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone Standard

NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP 

2022 PLAN FOR THE 2015 8-HOUR OZONE STANDARD

The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) invite you to attend a public workshop to present, discuss, and receive feedback on the draft 2022 Ozone Plan for the federal 2015 8-hour ozone standard.  

Given the international COVID-19 pandemic, and consistent with public health recommendations and Assembly Bill 361, the meeting will be held via video teleconference at 3:30 PM on Thursday, October 27, 2022, with NO PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR PUBLIC ATTENDANCE.  Please follow the instructions below to join the meeting remotely.

The draft 2022 Ozone Plan will be made available on October 14, 2022.  Documents for this workshop will be made available at https://ww2.valleyair.org/plans/2022-ozone-plan-for-the-san-joaquin-valley/.  If you are unable to review the documents online, a paper copy can be obtained by calling (559) 230-6000 or by faxing your request to (559) 230-6064.

District staff are requesting that comments on the draft 2022 Ozone Plan be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 9, 2022.  Written comments should be addressed to District staff via e-mail at airqualityplanning@valleyair.org or via U.S. mail at 1990 East Gettysburg Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726.  For additional information, please contact District staff at (559) 230-6000.

El Distrito del Control de la Contaminación del Aire del Valle de San Joaquín (El Distrito) y la Junta de Recursos del Aire de California (CARB) lo invitan a asistir a un taller público para presentar, dialogar, y recibir cometarios sobre el borrador del Plan de Ozono 2022 para el estándar federal de ozono de 8 horas de 2015.

Dado a la pandemia internacional de COVID-19 y consistente con las recomendaciones de salud pública y el Proyecto de Ley 361 de la Asamblea, la reunión tomara lugar a través de video teleconferencia el jueves, 27 de octubre de 2022 a las 3:30 PM, sin NINGUNA UBICACIÓN FISICA PARA LA ASISTENCIA PÚBLICA. Por favor siga las instrucciones de abajo para unirse a la reunión remotamente.
