NOTICE OF PUBLIC SCOPING MEETING
RULE 4460 (Petroleum Refinery Fence-Line Air Monitoring) and RULE 3200 (Petroleum Refinery Community Air Monitoring Fees)
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) invites you to attend a public scoping meeting to present, discuss, and receive feedback on potential amendments to District Rule 4460 (Petroleum Refinery Fence-Line Air Monitoring) and Rule 3200 (Petroleum Refinery Community Air Monitoring Fees).
Given the international COVID-19 pandemic, and consistent with the California Department of Public Health’s recommendations and Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, the meeting will be held via video teleconference at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, with NO PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR PUBLIC ATTENDANCE. Please follow the instructions below to join the meeting remotely.

REGLA 4460 (Monitoreo de Aire de Línea de la Acera de Refinería de Petróleo) y REGLA 3200 (Cuotas del Monitoreo de Aire Comunitario de Refinería de Petróleo)
El Distrito de Control de la Contaminación del Aire del Valle de San Joaquín (Distrito) le invita a asistir a una reunión pública de alcance para presentar, discutir y recibir comentarios sobre posibles enmiendas a la Regla 4460 del Distrito (Monitoreo de Aire de Línea de la Acera de Refinería de Petróleo) y Regla 3200 (Cuotas del Monitoreo de Aire Comunitario de Refinería de Petróleo).
Dada la pandemia internacional de COVID-19, y de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del Departamento de Salud Pública de California y la Orden Ejecutiva N-29-20 del Gobernador Newsom, la reunión se llevará a cabo por videoconferencia a las 5:00 PM del martes 1 de febrero de 2022,SIN UBICACIÓN FÍSICA PARA ASISTENCIA PÚBLICA.
