Arvin/Lamont CSC: Follow-up Information
Hello Arvin/Lamont CSC,
Welcome all current and new members to the Arvin/Lamont CSC! In the next few days, you should be receiving in the mail a packet with a copy of the Community Air Protection Blueprint and the information in this email.
Information we’re providing in this email:
- Technology and language survey
- Alternate CSC member applications
- Next CSC meeting Agenda and Zoom info
TECHNOLOGY AND LANGUAGE SURVEY
- To get a better idea of the online participation level and needs of each member of the CSC, please complete this survey by Monday, June 21, 2021.
- If you need help with the online survey, please contact Yesenia Silva-Aguilarat the Valley Air District at (559) 230-5927
ALTERNATE CSC MEMBERS
All primary members of the CSC can designate one person to be their alternate to attend meetings and vote in their place when they are absent.
- A person can only be an alternate for one primary CSC member, meaning primary CSC members cannot share alternates.
- The alternate must work at the same business, represent the same organization or agency, or be a resident within the boundary.
- If both the primary and alternate CSC member are in attendance, the alternate CSC member will participate in the meeting as a non-voting public member.
- To have someone apply to be an alternate CSC member, please complete and return this form.

MIEMBROS SUPLENTES DEL COMITÉ
Todos los miembros primarios del Comité pueden designar una persona como su suplente para asistir a las reuniones y votar en su lugar cuando estén ausentes.
- Una persona puede ser solamente un suplente de un miembro del Comité primario, lo que quiere decir que los miembros del Comité no pueden compartir suplentes.
- El suplente tiene que trabajar en el mismo trabajo, representar la misma organización o agencia, o ser un residente dentro del límite.
- Si ambos, el miembro del Comité primario y suplente están presentes, el miembro suplente del Comité participara en la reunión como un miembro del público que no puede votar.
