Arvin/Lamont CSC: Clean Air Rooms Update
Hello Arvin/Lamont CSC,
We are excited to share that the Clean Air Rooms program is officially open! This program provides a free air filtration unit to households within the Arvin/Lamont AB617 boundary and has been made possible thanks to the efforts and support of the Arvin/Lamont Community Steering Committee. Your ongoing work and collaboration continue to make a lasting difference, and we are grateful for your dedication to the community.
To apply for this program, you may use the Clean Air Rooms Portal, at the following link: https://apps.valleyair.org/CleanAirRoomPortal. Applicants will need to provide proof of address. Acceptable proof of address documents include, but are not limited to:
- Driver’s license
- Energy bill (PG&E, SoCal Gas)
- Public utility bill
- Cable/internet bill
If you do not have internet access, please call (559) 230-5800, and District grants staff will be happy to assist with the application over the phone. Please feel free to share this opportunity with your family, friends, neighbors, and community networks (flyer attached).

Este programa proporciona un aparato de filtración de aire gratuito a los hogares dentro del límite AB617 de Arvin/Lamont, y ha sido posible gracias a los esfuerzos y apoyo del Comité de Arvin/Lamont. Su trabajo y colaboración continuos siguen marcando una diferencia duradera, y estamos agradecidos por su dedicación a la comunidad.
Para solicitar este programa, puede utilizar el Portal de Habitaciones de Aire Limpio en el siguiente enlace: https://apps.valleyair.org/CleanAirRoomPortal. Los solicitantes tendrán que proporcionar comprobante de domicilio. Los documentos aceptables como comprobante de domicilio incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
- Licencia de conducir
- Factura de servicios de energía (PG&E, SoCal Gas)
- Factura de servicios públicos
- Factura de cable/internet
Si no tiene acceso a internet, llame al (559) 230-5800 y el personal del Distrito encargado de las subvenciones con gusto lo ayudará a completar la solicitud por teléfono. No dude en compartir esta oportunidad con su familia, amigos, vecinos y redes comunitarias (volante adjunto).
