Good evening CSC committee,

I wanted to share the latest DRAFT framework for the Port's Community Outreach Efforts with you and ask for your thoughtful consideration and feedback.  This is still very much a draft and the Port Director has not had the opportunity to approve so I'm hoping I can compile all of your feedback and put a cohesive document/plan together to present to him and the Board.  I would also appreciate feedback on the timing for our meetings and whether the lunch hour would be preferred or later in the afternoons.  Thank you in advance for your review and feedback.
