Engaging the public throughout the development and implementation of AB 617 will be paramount. The District plans to host a series of workshops, public meetings, and community forums to educate the public, yet more importantly, to solicit suggestions and feedback on a wide variety of issues, including allocation of funds, identifying communities for potential enhanced monitoring and action plan development.

Hi Stockton CSC,
Sharing a message from CARB.
Hello Stockton CSC!
We are looking forward to our upcoming Board Meeting to consider the Stockton Community Emissions Reduction Program on July 29th. We wanted to briefly share with you a plan to prioritize comment from members of the Stockton CSC to our Board following staff presentation. Commenting at the Board meeting is optional.
If you plan to provide comment to our Board and would like to be prioritized over public testimony, please contact Skott Wall at skott.wall@arb.ca.gov or (916) 720-2965 by Friday, July 16th. We need to know in advance to properly prepare for the Zoom logistics and ensure you are identified appropriately in the Zoom Webinar meeting format, which is different than the Zoom format used for the CSC meetings.
If we don’t hear from you by Friday, July 16th, you will still be able to provide testimony by raising your hand during the public comment period, which will immediately follow CSC member comment.
